Khuba is for adults only
FoxApex LLC operates Khuba as a dating service for adults who are at least 18 years old. No one younger may create an account, appear on a profile, or use the app in any way. This page explains how we treat child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and how to report it.
What is not allowed
The following are forbidden. We may remove content, close accounts, preserve records, and contact authorities when the law requires it:
- Any image, message, or conduct that sexualizes a minor, or that depicts, asks for, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
- Grooming, enticement, or attempts to reach a minor for sexual purposes through Khuba.
- Uploading, sending, requesting, or keeping CSAM, or any material that violates child-safety laws.
- Lying about age, or any use of Khuba by a person under 18.
How to tell us
If you believe a member is under 18, or you see CSAE-related content or conduct:
- Use Report in the Khuba app on the profile, photo, or conversation.
- Email [email protected]. Put “Child safety” or “CSAE” in the subject line so the message is handled first.
Child-safety reports are reviewed ahead of ordinary account issues. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services as well.
What we do after a report
When we receive a credible report or find CSAE-related material ourselves:
- We review it as quickly as we can.
- We remove the material from the service and keep a copy when the law requires it or when it is needed for an investigation.
- Where U.S. law applies, we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and, when required, to law enforcement.
- We may suspend or close the related accounts at once.
- We store any retained evidence securely and only for as long as the law allows or requires.
How we try to keep minors off Khuba
Khuba is limited to adults. Members must be 18 or older. We review new profile photos before they are shown to others, we act when age is misrepresented, and we investigate reports of underage use. Photo review compares a review photo with the pictures on the profile. It does not prove a legal identity or a government-issued age document.
Law
We follow applicable child-protection and CSAM laws, including U.S. reporting duties that apply to FoxApex LLC as a U.S. operator. Where those duties conflict with other Khuba policies, child safety and mandatory reporting take precedence.

When this policy applies
This policy applies from the date shown at the top of this page. It replaces earlier public child-safety statements for Khuba if they conflict. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy still apply. Also read the Community Rules and the Safety page on this site.
